Labs
Small experiments. Honest status. Room to grow.
This is where new builds start — hypotheses, prototypes, and early betas, tracked in the open with a real state instead of a permanent “coming soon.”
How an experiment moves.
Everything in Labs uses the same six-state model as the rest of the portfolio. An item that earns a defined audience, repeated use, or real momentum can graduate into its own independent venture — that’s promotion, not a redesign, and it doesn’t happen automatically.
- Idea
- A stated hypothesis; little or nothing usable yet.
- Prototype
- A working exploration with limited scope.
- Beta
- Usable by an intended audience; still changing.
- Active
- A maintained venture with a clear offer or ongoing use.
- Dormant
- Not currently advancing; may return.
- Archived
- Closed, or preserved as a record.
What’s in the lab right now.
The bench is clear right now.
Nothing public is mid-experiment at the moment. When something real is being tested, it shows up here first — with an honest lifecycle state, an update date, and a specific next action. No inflated pipeline, no permanent “coming soon.”
