Focused growth work, without the theater.
This page explains how a project with Andrew starts and what it doesn’t cover. It isn’t a public calendar, and it isn’t a pitch — read the boundaries below before reaching out.
What this is, and isn’t.
Tends to fit
- A defined, scoped piece of growth or marketing work
- A live product or audience already in motion
- A clear outcome you can describe before the project starts
Tends not to fit
- An open-ended retainer with no defined scope
- An unscoped “pick your brain” call
- Work that belongs on one of the independent ventures
There’s no public scheduling link here on purpose — every engagement starts from a specific request, not an open calendar.
The offer
Focused Growth Sprint.
A focused two-week engagement for an established company or product that needs clarity about what’s limiting growth — and what to do next. The review covers the areas most relevant to your situation: positioning, offer, customer journey, messaging, and current growth activity.
What you get
- A concise findings-and-recommendations brief
- A prioritized 90-day growth plan
- One working session to walk through the decisions and next steps
Starting price — from $7,500
Capacity — I generally accept one new sprint per month.
The boundaries, plainly
- This isn’t an open-ended free consultation.
- Ongoing execution, website redesign, advertising spend, software costs, and continuing fractional leadership aren’t included by default.
- No specific growth result is guaranteed.
- Work beyond the written sprint scope requires a separate agreement.
After you reach out.
I review each inquiry for fit and respond within three business days. If it looks suitable, I’ll send a written scope confirming the emphasis, timing, deliverables, price, and payment terms — before either of us commits to anything.
